Unfortunately it looks like images / thumbnails for posts made during the migration are not regenerated, but everything else should be intact.

The site is back up and the migration is now running. Image uploads are temporarily disabled.

ETA is about 2-3 hours, if the stats can be trusted.

We're finally running low on disk space so we need to migrate our image uploads over to object storage. This will require some brief downtime at the start, then hopefully I should be able to bring the site back online while the images migrate.
